Son Lux

Son Lux is the grand genre-less dream founded by Los Angeles composer Ryan Lott. The band was working on a collection of songs that Ryan lovingly referred to as Remnants. The challenge was to create artwork that was ambiguous yet specific, layered but approachable, and created in a way that was inclusive and experimental—all in a week’s time. The art direction we established was that we wanted natural layers of natural elements fading away like remnants of a fire burned long ago. We worked with Ryan to develop and execute the music packaging and teaser film creation in just a few days.
